Here is a bit about who is behind the blog!
We are two marine microbiologists living in Sydney, Australia.
I am Sophie, a French native who left France a long time ago and has lived in english speaking countries ever since, from UK to Australia. However, I am still quite french at heart and would rather prepare and eat snails than vegemite.
Martin is an Australian native. He prefers vegemite to snails but is not against some crazy french food. Martin loves being on the water and takes every opportunity from work to go on sampling expeditions in blue waters.
This blog is a bit of a mix between the adventures we get up to with our german shorthaired pointer Mawson and a way to keep our families and friends updated on our lives. There might be quite an array of subjects covered in my posts, even some of the interesting things we get up to at work, we'll see what comes out!
